Meditation has been an important part of my life for over 20 years. My meditation practice began as part of my yoga practice but I also study and teach meditation as a standalone practice. My classes offer techniques and insights drawn from yogic (sometimes referred to as raja yoga or ashtanga or the eight limbed path), modern mindfulness and vipassana traditions. We cover everything you need to get started with your own daily practice, the benefits of a meditation practice and helpful pranayama (breathing) exercises. I also offer guided meditations.
