Cynthia Lenz is a 500 Hour registered yoga teacher and a certified meditation teacher. She teaches group classes and private yoga and meditation sessions. In addition to her 300 Hour and 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificates, she has earned additional teacher training certifications in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Chair Yoga. She has also completed two Meditation Teacher Training Certification Programs. Cynthia has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 20 years. Always eager to learn more about these beautiful practices, she is currently finishing up her Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training, as well as a Yoga Nidra Teacher Training.
